Q3, 2024: Foundation and Community Engagement

• Testnet Campaigns: Bloom plans to launch intensive testing phases on their testnet to ensure the stability and security of the platform.

• Attracting Builder Campaigns: Focus on community engagement and expansion by attracting developers and builders through various campaigns and incentives.

• Introduction of Blossom Points: Introduction of a rewards or points system aimed at incentivizing participation and engagement within the Bloom ecosystem.

Q4, 2024: Mainnet Launch and Token Introduction

• Introducing sBTC on Mainnet: Official launch of synthetic Bitcoin (sBTC) on the Bloom mainnet, allowing wider user participation and utilization in real-world scenarios.

• Launching Bloom Token: Release of the Bloom native token, which could serve multiple utilities within the platform, including governance, staking, and transaction fee management.

• Release 1st Yield Model for sBTC Stakers: Introduction of a yield model specifically designed for users staking sBTC, offering them potential returns on their staked assets.

Q1-Q2, 2025: Expansion and DeFi Integration

• Launching Bloom Chain V2: DeFi Season: Rollout of the second version of the Bloom blockchain, with a strong focus on decentralized finance (DeFi) features and integrations.

• Yield Models for sBTC & rBTC: Development and release of new financial models for earning yields on both synthetic and real Bitcoin held within the ecosystem.

Q3-Q4, 2025: Advanced Developments and Growth

• Bloom Chain V3: Generally Accepted BTC L2 Assets: Advancement to version 3 of the Bloom blockchain, focusing on enhancing and standardizing Bitcoin Layer 2 assets within the ecosystem.

• Massive Growth of Application Layers: Significant expansion in the variety and complexity of applications built on top of the Bloom blockchain, aiming at broader market penetration and utility.
